As a sales executive, she has directed sales teams in uncovering business opportunities that lead to companies securing significant investments so they can grow, thrive and retain top-producing professionals.

Dawn has a knack for creating strategic distribution and affiliate partnerships and her clients have realized double-digit increases in profitability year after year with this network-based revenue model.

Dawn is a dynamic speaker and enjoys facilitating workshops and ongoing coaching relationships in the areas of sales mastery, negotiating confidence, and productivity in the workplace.  She is also a DiSC certified workplace facilitator.

From 1986 until 2001, Dawn was employed in the telecommunications sector during a very exciting time in this technology space. As a National Sales Director in Silicon Valley, she was directly responsible for bringing cable modem technology to cable operators and spearheading an entirely new revenue line for these traditional companies by introducing high-speed data to the home.  Dawn then went on to disrupt the real estate market in New York City as the Vice President of Business Development at StreetEasy.com. She forged relationships with real estate firms in securing data feeds so StreetEasy could establish themselves as the “defacto” multiple listing service in the New York metro area. Upon joining StreetEasy, the company valuation was $3MM and with her efforts in lining up advertising clients and hiring/ training sales staff the company was bought by Zillow for $50MM.

Dawn uses her degree in Electrical Engineering in every area of her life as it taught her that all problems can be solved with the right approaches, resources, commitment, and consistency.
