Pushpa Pathak is a leadership consultant and facilitator with Roos Advisors. She is responsible for facilitating workshops, seminars, and consulting with corporations to enhance executive leadership, diversity, and effective communication in the workplace. She believes that the intersection of life and work are so important that she has dedicated her life to helping clients  wear a smile leaving for work and returning home. 

Depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or just discontent with current life situations and a quest for something more are some of the things that she uses her 25 years of experience to address. Her personal commitment to happiness and enthusiasm is infused into her work of promoting improved mental health.

She trains and supports Roos coaches to guide their clients to the next best steps for employees assistance. Using internal and external resources our coaches provide solutions for greater life purpose and next “best steps.”

She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW.  She was educated at Tata Institute of Social Sciences.  She facilitates seminars and trainings on diversity, effective communication, management and leadership training in the workplace. She is also a DiSC certified workplace facilitator.

She is the owner of Blue Skies Therapy and Coaching in East Brunswick, NJ.
