Stephen Bain is an operations and administrative professional with experience supporting recruiting, executive leadership, client communications, and business operations across consulting, human resources, customer service, and marketing environments.

Since joining Roos Advisors in April 2026, he has provided executive support to the firm’s leadership by managing client communications, coordinating meetings and schedules, and producing high-quality marketing videos that strengthen client engagement and brand visibility. His background in project coordination, process improvement, and relationship management enables him to help organizations operate more efficiently while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Prior to joining Roos Advisors, Stephen built his career in recruiting, human resources, customer service, and campaign management. At CMax Advisors, he managed full-cycle recruiting projects, onboarded new employees, partnered with business owners and hiring managers, and helped lead the company’s transition to a CRM system that streamlined recruiting operations.

He has also managed data-driven outreach initiatives, coordinated third-party vendors, and consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to organization, communication, and continuous improvement. Stephen combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to support clients and leadership teams through efficient operations, thoughtful communication, and reliable execution.
