Josh has been a part of the Roos Advisors team since 2017, in various roles. In his first position, he was in charge of identifying and analyzing markets for self storage development, leading to acquisition, development, and sale of multiple projects. 

His next role was administrative, performing various onboarding, maintenance, and support functions for the Roos team and its various clients. In his current role, he is responsible for talent acquisition and marketing for various clients, delivering top-quality candidates and helping boost online media presence.

He also has previous experience working in event production, stage lighting, and audio engineering, leading teams of up to 10 to deliver excellent professional lighting, sound, and atmosphere for hundreds of parties and concerts across the New York Tri-State Area. 

His diverse skill-set and experience contribute to the success of Roos Advisors and its clients, bringing an adaptable and professional approach to any situation. He is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Geography, before moving on to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Design & City Planning.
