Larendee Roos is a strategic business advisor, organizational design specialist, and founder and CEO of Roos Advisors. Her approach combines more than 30 years of executive leadership with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, providing a distinctive perspective on both the operational and human sides of organizational performance. Before founding Roos Advisors, Larendee spent 17 years with Extra Space Storage, now a publicly traded company (NYSE: EXR). As Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Operations, she held responsibility for operations generating more than $100 million in revenue and led teams responsible for developing and implementing systems across sales, marketing, operations, and accounting. She also served as a strategic advisor in development, technology, investor relations, and business development.

In 1998, Larendee assisted in raising more than $325 million in capital through a joint venture with three major financial institutions.

Throughout her career, she has advised on more than 100 asset purchases, mergers, acquisitions, and company transactions, giving her extensive experience evaluating not only financial and operational performance, but also the leadership, workforce, and organizational dynamics that ultimately determine whether a business strategy succeeds.

Larendee is also a DiSC Certified and Book Yourself Solid Elite Certified Facilitator and has extensive experience in leadership development, management training, communication, workplace culture, negotiation, and team development.
